I made a Clean Sheet document in my Journal. Then I looked in its properties and copied its notes URL to the clipboard. I used the Welcome Page wizard to create a page with one frame containing a web page, and pasted the URL. The result is a little odd-looking, but I can copy and paste bookmarks there to link to databases. This method does not require Designer.
